Please follow the simple steps below to place an order by telephone.

1. Have your credit card information ready - the card itself and billing address details. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JBC, and Dinners Club.
2. Call either our toll-free number (1-800-439-8921) or our direct line (1-604-309-3119). The 1-800 number may not be accessible in your region - in which case you will need to use the direct line (may carry long-distance charges).
3. If you call outside of business hours - please leave your name and number on our voice-mail service. We will return your call as soon as possible.
